How It Works
Register and pay for the course. Dress in comfy clothes. You won't be needing shoes. Let your hair down, and raise the hoop up.
Each class (three in total) you will continually discover your inner happy hoopy-ness at your own pace. As mentioned in the overview – it's not about being fancy, it's about being you. It's about closing your eyes, and connecting to the rhythm of the hoop.
