Delivery Girl

Overview

During her childhood, Katherine McLeod delivered The Toronto Star in her neighborhood. She claims that the best part of having a paper route was collecting the money each week. In fact, it would take her all week to collect! The reason for this? She was actually collecting stories at the same time!

Delivery Girl began as a remembrance of those days... and the people on her regular route. It grew into a one hour family show, featuring three distinct characters, and the stories of their lives.

The original cast for Delivery Girl featured the beautiful musicianship of Angela Mee Lee, witty character portrayals and singing by Carly Cole, and storytelling by Katherine McLeod. The first staging of this collaboration was a studio inthegroove, Singapore.
